Tool Users Group

The Tool Users group is a collection of forums where IRC software tool users can ask questions, submit bugs, and research solutions to their problems. Users are encouraged to post their questions and concerns. In addition, members may also contact the IRC for direct support via info@irc.wisc.edu or toll-free at (866) 635-4721.

Interested users may also submit new questions or potential bugs to be reviewed by an IRC staff member.

Software Bug & Update Tracker

The bug tracker contains a list of problems and upgrades in IRC software that have been resolved. Currently, 31 bugs have been identified. Click here to continue.

The question forum contains a list of questions proposed by users along with their respective answers. Currently, 0 questions have been asked. Click here to continue.


The purpose of the Tool Users Group is to enhance the communication between software users and IRC programmers. The IRC is constantly looking for improvements that can be made to their software and welcome suggestions and concerns from their end users. The result is software tools that not only are easy to use but reflect the needs of the industry.
